We print on more than just recycled papers, we stock FSC certified and Chlorine free (Elemental and Process Chlorine-Free, ECF/PCF) papers that contain varying levels of post-consumer waste (PCW) percentages that are manufactured by popular paper mills, like Neenah, Appleton (Utopia), Mohawk, Sappi, Monadnock, New Leaf Reincarnation, Cascade (Enviro 100) and our house stock is Diamond which is FSC Certified as well.

We print using Presstek waterless printing presses and our other Heidelberg presses that utilizes our state of the art Presstek Computer to Plate (CTP) making system and digital workflow that eliminate any dependency on chemicals that could harmful to the health of our employees or the environment. Our B&W duplication and digital printing is done using equipment from Ricoh and our CMYK color laser printing services are performed using Konica-Minolta equipment that is environmentally friendly as well.

Our CTP system is by Presstek and they publish this statement. Not only do our chemistry-free plates eliminate a significant source of toxic emissions associated with conventional offset printing, our platemaking process does away with the need for film and its associated environmental impact.

The Printing Responsibly LLC “We Care” Partnership Program is our commitment to a healthier more sustainable environment for us and our families. Not-for-Profit organizations benefit from the Printing Responsibly “We Care” Partnership with financial support for one or more of the following objectives:
•    Environmental education
•    Environmental preservation
•    Natural resource sustainability studies
•    Sustainability education

Q.  How Does It Work?

A.  Qualifying organizations are supported two ways.
•    Discounts:  All printing done for a “We Care” member organizations
•    Contributions: We make monetary contributions to the organizations based on gross sales to their member and supporters.
•    Use the organizations “We Care” code when placing and order and we’ll make a contribution based on the purchase amount.

Q.  What Does It Cost?

A.  Nothing!
•    There is no application fee for The Printing Responsibly” We Care” Partnership.
•    There is no cost to the members and supporters or the not-for-profit. Our regular pricing applies to all orders. The more people support these organizations the more we donate and the faster we will have a healthier environment.

Not-for-profit organization simply needs to submit a one page application along with their mission statement for consideration.
